What better way to kick off the new year than by playing a drug simulator game? Luckily for you, developers Byterunners have you covered.

Arriving between January-April 2024 will be Drug Dealer Simulator 2 which will be the perfect game to play whilst waiting for Grand Theft Auto 6. The co-op open-world adventure takes place in the early 2000s and sees you take on the role of Eddie who finds himself on the run from the law after a series of bad decisions.

Check out the official Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer below!

“See all stages of the career, from a street corner dealer to the cigar-smoking mastermind”, reads the official Steam synopsis.

Now hiding in Isla Sombra, you aim to prove your worth and not go out without a fight even if that means starting from the bottom and working your way up. Beginning with nothing, you will work your way up the drug-dealing ladder by establishing hideouts, producing drugs and selling them on the streets. Additionally, it will be your job to find both suppliers and clients and grow your operation to surrounding villages and towns.

However, drug dealing doesn’t come without risks and not just from the law. You will have to be careful whose turf you operate on or you can always shift the blame by hiring an empire of lackeys. Assign hierarchies, hand out specific jobs and even expand and decorate your lab as your kingdom grows. You can even invite your friends along via Drug Dealer Simulator 2’s co-op mode.

If you do get caught, you can avoid, evade or even bribe your way out of trouble but be careful, crooked cops, hostile gangs and even the militia are on your trail in the sequel to 2020’s Drug Dealer Simulator.

Drug Dealer Simulator 2 is set for release in Q1 of 2024 and the demo is now available to try out on Steam.
